Sri Prakash Acharya was deeply involved in the ayurvedic field at a tender age as his father was an ayurvedic doctor in the Malabar regions of Kerala. He did his studies in Malabar Christain college and later joined the Ayurvedic Pharmacy college, Coimbatore. He started his career as a panchakarma trainer and then took up a chance to learn yoga at Arsha Vaidy Samajam Yoga Centre, under the discipleship of the yoga acharyan Sri Vasudevan.
Sri Acharya then mastered his second love, Kalari and started on his career journey . His ardent love for Yoga, Kalari and Panchakarma treatment set him on the route to the vast business arena. In 1996 he founded the Kerala Ayurvedic Treatment centre in Goa.
